Organization settings

The Organization page is where you view the identity of your workspace in Catchbase and reach the most sensitive account actions. It shows the organization's display name, its internal ID, its reporting currency, its active status, and the entry point to billing. It also contains the action for permanently deleting the organization.

Before you start

  • Requires Admin role to view the page.
  • Deleting the organization requires Admin role.
  • Opening the billing portal requires Admin role.

What you see on the Organization Details tab

Open Settings → Organization and select the Organization Details tab. Catchbase shows four read-only fields and one action button.

  1. Organization Name. The display name shown in the sidebar and in reports. This is set at signup and is not editable from this screen today. Contact Catchbase support if you need to rename an organization.

  2. Organization ID. A unique identifier for your organization. It is shown for reference and used to confirm destructive actions like deleting the organization. This value cannot be changed.

  3. Currency. The reporting currency for spend and revenue. Catchbase reads the currency from your connected Apple Ads account during the first sync. If your Apple Ads campaign groups use more than one currency, only the first is stored. To change the displayed currency, contact support.

  4. Status. Active or Inactive. The status is driven by your subscription. An organization becomes Inactive if the Stripe subscription is cancelled or a renewal payment fails.

  5. Billing button. The Manage Billing button opens the Stripe billing portal in the same tab. See Billing and subscriptions for what you can do there. Organizations that are account-managed by Phiture do not see the billing button.

Time zone and notification preferences

Catchbase does not currently expose a time-zone setting or notification-preference controls on the Organization page. Dashboards use the time zone of the connected Apple Ads campaign group. If you need a different time zone for reporting, contact support.

Data export

The Organization page does not expose an export button today, and there is no self-serve CSV export anywhere in the product. See Data retention and privacy for the current state of data export and the workarounds that exist.

Deleting the organization

The Dangerous Actions section contains the Delete Organization button. Deletion is permanent and removes campaigns, integrations, the connected billing customer, and the associated infrastructure for this organization.

  1. Click Delete Organization. A confirmation dialog opens.
  2. Type the exact Organization ID (shown on the Organization Details tab, not the display name) into the confirmation field. The delete button stays disabled until the value matches.
  3. Click Delete Organization in the dialog. Catchbase signs you out once the deletion finishes.

Only users with the Admin role can complete this action. If you want to step back from a single workspace without deleting it, ask your admin to remove you from the organization instead. See Team management.
