Data export issues

You want to move Catchbase data out of the dashboard, and something is not working the way you expected. Catchbase's export capabilities are narrower than many analytics tools, so the first step is checking what exists.

Before you start

  • Know whether you want a one-off pull, a recurring report, or a programmatic integration. The answer changes what options are available.

What exists today

Catchbase today does not expose the following:

  • Built-in CSV or Excel exports from analytics pages.
  • Saved or scheduled reports.
  • A public REST API for programmatic access.
  • Email or PDF delivery.

Common requests and what to do

"I want to share last month's performance with my finance team."

Take screenshots of the filtered analytics view, or copy the visible table rows into a spreadsheet. If this is a recurring need, contact your Catchbase representative.

"I want to pull keyword-level data into my own BI tool."

There is no programmatic endpoint today (see the FAQ for the short statement). The MMP you connect (Adjust or AppsFlyer) typically exposes the same install and revenue data through its own API, which your BI tool may already consume. Apple Ads has its own reporting API separately. Both of those paths exist outside Catchbase.

"I want to keep an archive of performance after leaving Catchbase."

Contact your Catchbase representative before cancelling. Data retention and export options in that scenario are handled through support rather than self-serve. See Data retention and privacy.

"I want to export an incrementality test result."

Incrementality test results are rendered in the UI and can be screenshotted. There is no bulk export today. If you need to hand a result to finance or a client, the UI view with the confidence interval and lift numbers is the document; screenshot it as a record.

When to contact support

Any export need that is genuinely blocking a business decision.
